Restocked Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Restocked ("the app") is operated by N&R Consulting ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app accesses, why, and how we protect it. The app is an inventory reorder-planning tool for Shopify merchants.

What we access

To calculate reorder recommendations, the app reads, through the Shopify Admin API:

We do not access, store, or process any personal customer information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping or billing addresses, or payment details. We only use sold quantities per product variant.

How we use it

The data is used solely to provide the app's features: forecasting stockout dates, recommending reorder quantities, and generating purchase orders. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

What we store

We store only operational data needed to run the app: your reorder settings, your suppliers, per-product configuration, and your Shopify session. Sales velocity is computed on demand from the Shopify Admin API and is not warehoused.

Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The app is hosted on Railway with a managed PostgreSQL database, with data stored on encrypted volumes. Access to production systems is limited to the app operator.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, we delete your session data, and your store data is removed in line with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (shop/redact). We implement the customer data request and redaction webhooks required by Shopify, although the app holds no personal customer data to return or erase.

Subprocessors

We use Railway (application hosting and managed PostgreSQL) to operate the app. No data is shared with any other third party.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
